Dan Lukasik is Vice President for project delivery for Parsons’ Smart Mobility Group. 

Dan has over 35 years of experience in the design and implementation of Intelligent Transportation Systems used for improving the safety, mobility and efficiency of our roadways. 

He is an expert in managing freeways, toll roads, arterial roadway networks as well as transit systems. He is considered an expert in Connected and Autonomous Vehicles, Advanced Transportation Management Systems (ATMS); Active Transportation and Demand Management (ATDM) and Integrated Corridor Management (ICM).

Dan is a executive advisor for the ITS California board and is also a member of the IBTTA Emerging Technology Committee. He was formerly a member of TRB Freeway Operations Committee, TRB ITS Committee and Co-Chair for the Active Traffic Management Subcommittee.
