Dimitrios Mandalozis is the president of the International Road Federation (IRF). He is a Civil Engineer with over 25 years of leadership experience in transport infrastructure, operations and transformation.

As Chief Operations Officer at Aegean Motorway S.A., a major tollway in Central Greece and member of the Hellastron/ASECAP network, he leads a workforce of more than 400 professionals across all operational functions — tolling, maintenance, technology and traffic management.

He has delivered critical initiatives in digital transformation, cost optimisation, crisis response and ESG strategy. Beyond day-to-day operations, he focuses on long-term performance, change leadership and building resilient, future-ready systems.

He is also active on the international stage President of the IRF, contributing to global dialogue on mobility innovation and infrastructure policy.
