Ing. Gavrosh Jazexhiu is a Road Safety and Traffic Signage Specialist at the Albanian Road Authority (ARRSH). He has extensive experience in road safety engineering, road restraint systems, traffic signs and markings, road safety inspections and the technical review of road infrastructure projects. 

His work focuses on the practical application of EN 1317 standards, risk-based road restraint system design, road safety assessments and the development of technical methodologies for constrained road environments. He has contributed to numerous national road projects, including highways, tunnels, bridges and road safety improvement schemes. 

Mr. Jazexhiu is also the author of several technical publications related to road restraint systems, road cross-sections and clear zones, constrained road environments and road markings.

His current professional interests include risk-based decision-making, forgiving roadsides and the integration of road safety principles into road design, implementation and maintenance.
