Prior to joining iSi AS, Klas spent more than six years at Maritech, serving as Vice President of Global Sales for Seafood before being appointed General Manager for Europe & Asia. In these roles, he led international commercial operations, expanded market presence and supported strategic growth across multiple regions.

Alongside his executive responsibilities, Klas is an active board member and advisor. He serves as a Board Observer at ORIVO, Chairman of the Board at TINGH Kommunikasjon AS, and a Board Member at Alfa Sko AS. His governance experience complements his commercial expertise, bringing strategic insight to organisations across technology, communications and consumer sectors.

Klas has also continued to strengthen his expertise through executive education at BI Norwegian Business School, completing programmes in Artificial Intelligence for Marketing and Social Media.
