Nivi Sharma has dedicated her career to access; for children, youth and adults. In 2011, Nivi co-founded eLimu, the first company to digitise the Kenyan Primary School curriculum for revision and literacy. eLimu was acquired by CcHub in 2020.

Most recently, Nivi served as the Chief Operating Officer of BRCK, the onramp for frontier market internet users. Nivi serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Standard Chartered Bank Kenya, as well as on the board of Global Peace Heroes.

She is a 2014 East Africa Acumen Fellow and a Fellow of the Fast Forward leadership program.
