He is an accomplished international sales leader and strategic professional with a strong foundation in both technical engineering and business management. With a career over two decades, he has established himself as a specialist in driving sales growth, managing complex international projects and leading teams through significant organisational transformations. 

Throughout his tenure at the Electrolux Group and Honeywell, he played a key role in expanding business across Eastern Europe, leading M&A projects and developed successful business units.
