BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors is responsible for the appointment of the Executive Committee, as well as the implementation of resolutions of the General Assembly. The Board also appoints the Director General as the Chief of the Secretariat and establishes regional offices and chapters in order to fulfil the purpose of the IRF.
